Kathy Warnick, Owner

As the owner of Warnick Consultants, Kathy Warnick has been helping businesses grow and prosper.

For over 25 years, Kathy has differentiated her services by refusing to believe that one size fits all needs. Her in-depth methodology for helping companies define their back office operations examines the entire company, not just the financial data. Her practical financial management systems have helped her small and medium enterprise clients grow their revenues and profits.

Kathy has developed a hand-picked team of financial professionals that use a unique process built solidly around the premise that the customer’s perspective is the key to success and that a customized financial management tool will, in turn, give the customer the information they need to achieve the desired results.

A certified Timeslips consultant for over 15 years, Kathy is one of a very few professionals in the State of Ohio with expertise to implement and train in this powerful tool. She is also a QuickBooks ProAdvisor with a keen attention to detail. Her personal high standards for maintaining integrity, pursuing knowledge through information, and achieving solid and consistent results have become the hallmarks of the Warnick Consultants’ that has earned her team industry-wide respect for their work.

Kelly Kildow

For over 20 years, Kelly has successfully led information technology and customer facing teams to excel at meeting strategic goals and delivering stellar customer service.

Throughout her career, Kelly has received numerous awards and accolades for project management, leadership, personal development, and community service.  She is skilled at developing strategic plans for achieving critical results.

Kelly holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from The Ohio State University and is certified as a Project Management Professional.

Ashley Wilmoth

Broad experience in active business management, including roles as controller, tax analyst, operations, and human resources management give Ashley valuable insight into the needs of both public and privately-held clients.

While Ashley has over 17 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks, she also has a vast knowledge of multiple accounting software programs that are popular across many industries such as SAP/SEP, CorpTax, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, EDW, and ADP software.  She is expert in complex tax filings, safeguarding assets, and internal checks and controls.

Ashley holds Bachelors Degrees in both Accounting and Business Management from Glenville State College, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Marketing and a Forensic Accounting Certification from Mountain State University.

Bonnie Rayo

A wealth of corporate and entrepreneurial experience gives Bonnie a unique understanding of the wide variety of details required for successful back-office operations in small businesses.

In addition to extensive work in all major bookkeeping and accounting functions through proficiency in QuickBooks, Bonnie delivers solid customer service, daily operations, and training expertise.

Bonnie holds a degree in Business Administration from Franklin University. She is a member of SHRM (the Society for Human Resource Management) and holds leadership roles in several volunteer organizations in her community.

Deb Begley

From global, multi-billion finance to fully integrated accounting management, Debra has empowered c-suite leaders with data-driven analytics and internal controls. Her systems integrations repeatedly grow bottom-line profitability.

For more than 25 years, Debra has driven quantifiable results in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, financial audit coordination, and technology integration. In addition to proficiency in QuickBooks, she has worked extensively with inventory management and SAP.

Deb holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Northern Illinois University and received her Public Accountant certification in the State of Illinois.

Prabha Sethuraman

With extensive hands-on experience, Prabha is an accounts, payroll, and tax specialist who has worked with a wide variety of small businesses to achieve accounting standards to support their growth.

Spanning more than 20 years, Prabha’s expertise includes data analysis, financial statements, compliance, payroll and payroll tax, and setting up new businesses. She has an exceptional knowledge of GAAP and a quick understanding of a wide variety of accounting and business software.

Prabha is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor for both Desktop and Online. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Masters in Commerce in Advanced Accounting, Auditing, Costing & Taxation, both from the University of Madras.

Prabha Sethuraman has joined Warnick Consultants as a bookkeeper with over 20 years of experience in accounts, payroll and payroll tax, and setting up new businesses. She is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor for both Desktop and Online. Sethuraman brings an understanding of accounting standards and compliance that will delight Warnick Consultants’ clients throughout Central Ohio.
