As the owner of Warnick Consultants, Kathy Warnick has been helping businesses grow and prosper.

For over 25 years, Kathy has differentiated her services by refusing to believe that one size fits all needs. Her in-depth methodology for helping companies define their back office operations examines the entire company, not just the financial data. Her practical financial management systems have helped her small and medium enterprise clients grow their revenues and profits.

Kathy has developed a hand-picked team of financial professionals that use a unique process built solidly around the premise that the customer’s perspective is the key to success and that a customized financial management tool will, in turn, give the customer the information they need to achieve the desired results.

A certified Timeslips consultant for over 15 years, Kathy is one of a very few professionals in the State of Ohio with expertise to implement and train in this powerful tool. She is also a QuickBooks ProAdvisor with a keen attention to detail. Her personal high standards for maintaining integrity, pursuing knowledge through information, and achieving solid and consistent results have become the hallmarks of the Warnick Consultants’ that has earned her team industry-wide respect for their work.

 

Mattie HanningMattie Hanning

Mattie Hanning has over a decade of experience in accounting and bookkeeping functions, managing all aspects of regular bookkeeping from AR & AP, payroll, account reconciliation, and reporting. She has experience on a variety of bookkeeping technologies and rarely meets a software she does not like!
She is an enthusiastic networker and active member of AmSpirit taking on the Sergeant-At-Arms responsibilities in her local chapter. Mattie enjoys educating business owners on the value of working with certified QuickBooks consultants and Warnick Consultants.
Mattie holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from the Bradford School where she excelled in her field.

 

Carly Grote Cornell Carly Grote Cornell

Carly Grote Cornell is our Office Administrator. She brings over 10 years of combined experience as an administrative assistant and payroll administrator, roles that require proactive thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm, no matter what is thrown at her.
When you call into our offices, Carly is likely who you’ll end up talking to first, since being the first point of contact at Warnick Consultants is one of the many responsibilities she has to keep our organization running efficiently. She also holds the title of Program Manager for NAWBO Columbus’ Young Entrepreneurs Academy.

A Certified Public Accountant, Joanie Daly has over 12 years of experience in complex analysis, regulatory compliance, and leadership.  Joanie drives excellence among the Warnick Consultants team by leading continuous improvement and professional development. She also provides expert budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Warnick Consultants’ small business clients in many different industries.  A graduate of The Ohio State University, Joanie is a Certified Facilitator and has served as a StrengthsFinder® Ambassador.

Although originally from the Columbus area, Chris only recently returned after spending several years in California. He  is one of our professional Consultants, with experience adhering to strict government rules and regulations. Chris makes our second consultant on staff as a graduate of The Ohio State University. He currently holds the Sergeant-At-Arms title in his AmSpirit group and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree from Kent State.
